Position Summary We are looking for a Sales Strategy Specialist to support the sales strategy team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn. The Planning Analyst will be responsible for compiling data, preparing draft presentation materials, and supporting sales planning processes to ensure our teams are equipped with accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and validate data from multiple sources (internal sales, syndicated data, retailer POS, etc.).
Prepare draft decks, reports, and presentation materials for senior leadership and customer meetings.
Support sales forecasting and planning activities by updating templates, tracking inputs, and maintaining reports.
Assist in monitoring sales performance versus plan and highlight variances.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather inputs for planning.
Maintain accuracy of reporting tools, trackers, and sales documents.
Provide ad‑hoc analysis and administrative support to the manager and broader Sales Strategy team.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel – pivot tables, lookups, modeling; PowerPoint – presentation building; Word; Outlook).
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
