General Function/Role Purpose:
As an Enterprise New Business Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic growth by targeting and securing high‑value business opportunities within large‑scale enterprises. Leveraging your expertise in the MEDDIC sales methodology, you will proactively source opportunities through both high‑quality inbound leads and self‑initiated outreach. You’ll develop tailored account strategies that solve complex business challenges, deliver measurable value, and foster long‑term partnerships. This role requires exceptional sales acumen, strategic account planning, and a consultative approach to engaging with enterprise stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives.
Primary Duties:
Drive Business Growth
Lead end‑to‑end sales processes for enterprise clients, with a focus on six‑figure+ opportunities and long‑term value creation.
Identify and engage new opportunities through white‑space analysis, account planning, multi‑threading, and net‑new prospecting.
Execute a customer‑centric, consultative sales approach to build value‑driven relationships with key personas, from senior leaders to individual contributors.
Strategic Account Planning
Develop and maintain detailed, actionable account plans aligned with client business goals, ensuring a deep understanding of their industry and strategic challenges.
Deliver tailored proposals and business cases that showcase the value of the company’s solutions.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including solutions consultants, data services, and legal teams, to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.
Navigate complex organizational hierarchies to align stakeholders and ensure consensus throughout the sales cycle.
Forecasting and Analytics
Utilize advanced CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activities, track pipeline health, and ensure accurate forecasting.
Analyze market trends and historical data to predict sales outcomes and inform strategic decision‑making.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Actively gather and relay product feedback from clients to internal teams, contributing to the evolution of company offerings.
Adapt to the dynamic enterprise landscape, embracing challenges with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Experience:
5+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise‑level sales.
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and closing six‑figure+ deals with organizations of 1,000+ employees.
Expertise in MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in fast‑paced environments.
Skills and Qualities:
Exceptional relationship management skills, capable of engaging C‑suite stakeholders and navigating enterprise hierarchies.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand diverse business models and client challenges.
Proficiency in leveraging tools such as Salesforce, CPQ platforms and outreach solutions to drive pipeline generation and opportunity management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at translating complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives.

Working Conditions Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
Compensation Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. The base salary for this position ranges from $77,000 USD to $121,000 USD. Additional compensation such as bonus, commission, equity and other benefits may also apply.
