What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and manage a team of Associate Account Executives focused on expanding the national network of primary care providers

Achieve and exceed team KPIs and quota targets through effective performance management

Optimize sales processes and methodologies for improved efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions for newly onboarded practices

Utilize CRM tools to track performance, generate sales forecasts, and inform strategic decisions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in health technology

Proven track record of exceeding sales quota targets

Experience in recruiting and developing high-performing sales teams

Strong analytical skills for forecasting and performance reporting

Proficiency in using Salesforce for sales management and reporting
