This Role As our operational leader in the pre-litigation process, you’ll ensure casework is executed with precision, efficiency, and empathy. You will manage and mentor a high-performing team, drive quality outcomes for clients, and identify opportunities to streamline and scale operations across the board.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and grow a team of legal operations professionals across a range of functions
Oversee key pre-litigation workflows—including claim initiation, medical record retrieval, police report follow-ups, and lien resolution
Drive quality and throughput across high-volume personal injury caseloads
Collaborate cross-functionally with paralegals, engineers, and leadership to improve processes
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Maintain high-touch communication with law firm partners and internal stakeholders
Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centered service
Your Team: Legal Operations Our Legal Operations team values precision, speed, and care. We’re building a powerhouse of top-tier legal operators equipped with cutting-edge technology to serve clients with humanity. You’ll play a critical role in growing and shaping this team to meet the demands of rapid national expansion.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
You have 5+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims—on either the plaintiff or defense side. (Alternatively, you have 2–3 years of experience as a PI attorney with a clear track record of involvement in operational improvements, process development, or team coordination.)
You bring strong people management experience, particularly in leading large or diverse teams in legal, healthcare, insurance, or other operational settings. (This includes informal leadership or team coordination in a legal environment.)
You are highly process-driven and excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
You communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and attorneys.
You are passionate about building scalable systems and improving access to justice.
