Position Summary
Southland Industries, one of the nation’s largest MEP building systems experts, is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our Finance Management Training Program. The program lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 years and includes a 12‑month foundation phase with the Corporate Finance department in Garden Grove, CA, followed by 12 to 18‑month rotations through one or more division offices. Upon completion, trainees will be offered a relocation package and the opportunity to advance within our finance and business teams nationwide.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Detail‑oriented, thorough, and organized Independent contributor with initiative and a team player contributing to department goals and deadlines Strong analytical skills Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with team members and cross‑functional leaders Self‑motivated with high initiative and accountability

Compensation
The final pay is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and market data. For California, pay ranges from $58,000 to $66,000 per year plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program.
Contingent Employment
All employment offers are contingent upon successful drug tests, background checks, professional reference checks, and a valid Motor Vehicle Record check for driving duties. We do not offer sponsorship at this time.
