Lead and promote the organization's Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture and core values across all projects. Provide safety coaching, counseling, and expert support to operations management and employees at all levels. Review and oversee subcontractor safety programs to ensure alignment with project requirements and excellence in execution. Assess, monitor, and implement safety management systems at worksites, conducting site visits and gap analyses for continuous improvement. Facilitate and participate in Root Cause Analysis and help drive corrective actions based on incident investigations. Support project teams during project kick‑offs and development to ensure comprehensive safety planning and execution. Identify, coordinate, and deliver necessary safety training for project personnel, including toolbox talks and ongoing education. Maintain accurate and organized safety documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, and state safety regulations. Travel throughout the designated region to provide on‑site safety support and oversight for multiple concurrent projects. Must‑Have Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field. 3‑5+ years of direct experience in construction safety and occupational health. Professional certifications such as CUSP, CSP, ASP, CHST, or OHST. Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations and federal/state safety requirements for construction. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills. Experience conducting safety trainings and program implementation on large construction projects. Willingness and ability to travel regionally between job sites. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation. Nice‑to‑Have Skills

Experience with electrical or data center construction safety operations. Background in Talent Management or involvement in Craft Voice in Safety (CVIS) meetings. Ability to conduct safety policy gap analyses and drive continuous improvement initiatives. History of engaging diverse teams and “selling” safety programs to field personnel. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to work independently and within teams. Exposure to wellness incentive programs and mental wellness initiatives in a construction environment. Knowledge of legal compliance, document control, and incident investigation procedures.
