Compensation:
$24.00 per hour
Location: Highline Vail, a DoubleTree by Hilton, Vail, CO—nestled in Colorado scenery minutes from Vail Mountain.
This role offers a dynamic, overnight position in a concierge-driven environment. You will support the front‑office back‑end operations while ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation, guest ledger processing, and customer service excellence.
Essential Job Functions
Prepare the daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals, breaking down revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid, and settlements by type and cashier.
Run audit reports and journals from the front office system, Point of Service, and the computer.
Make corrections and adjustments; handle all computer problems occurring during the shift.
Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate the Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary.
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for next‑day operations.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience in a similar hotel position.
Additional Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Detail oriented.
Excellent computer skills.
