Base pay range $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr

About the Role Our client, a global leader in the rideshare industry, is seeking a Global Supply Analyst to join their Global Supply Chain organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex procurement challenges.

The Global Supply Analyst will play a key role in managing tail spend, ensuring smooth purchase order execution, resolving invoice issues, and supporting supplier onboarding efforts. The right candidate will be detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable partnering with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Legal, Risk, and Privacy.

Key Responsibilities Procurement & Contract Management

Identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiencies within tail spend through data analysis and supplier evaluation.

Challenge existing contract terms to secure the most favorable commercial and contractual outcomes.

Support cost analysis, supplier assessments, and negotiation planning with guidance from the Global Supply Management (GSM) team.

Purchase Order Execution

Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Investigate and resolve invoice escalations to ensure timely processing and payment.

Escalate risks or blockers promptly to the Global Supply Chain (GSC) team.

Assist in sourcing activities including market research, benchmarking, and RFx (RFI/RFP) management.

Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with Legal, Risk, Privacy, and Finance.

Maintain accurate supplier records and track approval workflows.

Gather and analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Support reporting and supplier feedback initiatives.

Apply foundational principles of supplier relationship management.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently while supporting global and cross‑functional initiatives.

Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform and procurement software/tools.

Preferred

Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management.

Familiarity with contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
