Reports to VP, Human Resources
A Day in the Life The role is a high‑impact, strategic partnership with senior leaders, shaping organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and culture. It requires executive influence, autonomy, and a strong business acumen to drive outcomes for critical business units.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the trusted primary HRBP to EC‑member directs and their leadership teams.
Translate business strategies into people plans that accelerate business outcomes.
Leverage data and insights to influence decisions on structure, culture, and leadership priorities.
Diagnose organizational needs and design interventions that improve agility, clarity, and decision velocity.
Lead organizational design efforts to ensure the right structure, accountabilities, and capability alignment.
Act as change leader during transformation, mergers and acquisitions, or growth pivots.
Partner with Talent Management to identify successors, close readiness gaps, and shape long‑term bench strength.
Lead holistic talent strategy for the assigned business unit: performance, succession, leadership development, and new leader and employee success.
Drive strategic workforce planning and shape development plans for critical talent pools.
Influence senior leaders on inclusive leadership, performance, and team dynamics.
Foster an intentional culture aligned with Prologis values and business objectives.
Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance issues.
Serve as an escalation point for sensitive terminations or workplace issues tied to senior leaders.
Adopt AI and digital tools to streamline transactional work and unlock strategic HR capacity.
Building Blocks for Success The ideal candidate brings strategic partnership, analytical rigor, and hands‑on execution.
Required
Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR business partner or leadership experience.
Strategic Thinking: Connect business priorities to people strategy with a 12+ month horizon.
Executive Influence: Build trust and credibility with senior leaders; influence thoughtfully.
Change Leadership: Lead complex transformation efforts with clarity and composure.
Cultural Stewardship: Influence organizational culture as a lever for performance and engagement.
Data Fluency: Use people data to drive decisions and measure organizational health.
AI Fluency: Apply AI to optimize HR workflows and enhance decision‑making speed.
Comfortable with a hybrid onsite/virtual role with an expectation of being in the office a minimum of 3x per week.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
Hiring Salary Range $140,000 – $193,000, determined by location, education, experience, and other factors.
