VPG is a global leader in precision measurement sensing technologies, serving advanced automotive, medical and consumer markets. We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Growth to spearhead growth for our DSI team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business development and market expansion initiatives across global Weighing & Control sectors.
Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities through partnerships, acquisitions, and new customer segments.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to align market insights with product development and commercialization.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Develop and implement data-driven sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Represent VPG at industry conferences, trade shows, and global customer meetings (up to 50% travel).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing leadership, preferably within industrial, sensing, or high‑tech manufacturing industries.
Proven record of driving strategic growth and delivering measurable results.
Experience managing global markets and complex sales cycles.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership capabilities with a passion for innovation and collaboration.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
