Salary This position has a base salary range of $104,000 - $156,000 USD Annual . This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.
Summary The world of work is shifting towards humans with agentic agents driving success together. The individuals in this role must be passionate about improving our business and member experiences through AI, driving innovation while keeping our core values at the center of it all. A significant part of this role involves architecting and deploying complex AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based agentic agents and automated workflows, built using Salesforce’s emerging platform capabilities. The role will be embedded in a high‑performing agile Salesforce team, collaborating closely with your scrum team and business stakeholders to deliver intelligent, scalable agentic agent solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
Drive business outcomes through hands‑on implementation of AI solutions; design, develop, and deploy autonomous agentic solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and related AI frameworks.
Dive deep into the Agentforce Agents capabilities, design and build bespoke agentic agents to drive precise business outcomes.
Build and optimize data integrations, Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automations to ensure always ready, optimized and secure support for agentic workflows.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into intelligent agentic solutions.
Contribute to all stages of the agentic solution lifecycle from initial design through development, testing and final deployment.
Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of agentic solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field.
5+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
Expert‑level proficiency developing on the Salesforce platform using one or more: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flow, Visualforce, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, and/or C#.
Extensive hands‑on experience building and deploying agentic solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including applying AI orchestration, prompt engineering techniques, and agentic frameworks.
Deep understanding of Salesforce's AI capabilities including Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder.
Requires Certified Platform Administrator certification or Certified Platform Developer.
Requires Certified Agentforce Specialist.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing and deploying agentic solutions within highly regulated industries.
Deep knowledge across Salesforce CRM (FSC, Service, Sales, Marketing Cloud).
Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
Advanced Salesforce Certifications: Certified Platform App Builder or Certified Platform Developer II.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working within agile teams and directly with business stakeholders.
Familiar with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
