Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Associate Director - Water Infrastructure - Texas I’m representing a leading engineering consultancy that’s looking to strengthen their Water/Wastewater Treatment team with an experienced Senior Water Treatment Project Manager, someone who thrives on delivering complex, high value treatment plant projects across Texas.

Job Specifications

Lead and deliver water and wastewater treatment facility projects, including new plant design, expansions, and process upgrades

Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, plans, and specifications

Manage multi-discipline project teams and coordinate internal workload and budgets

Act as a trusted advisor to municipal and regulatory clients, supporting business development and proposal preparation

Provide technical leadership on water, wastewater, reuse, and resource recovery projects

Key Requirements

8+ years’ experience in water and wastewater treatment plant design and project delivery

Strong technical background in process design, plant layout, and construction management

Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams and manage large, complex projects

Excellent client relationship and communication skills

Texas P.E. license

B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred)
