$92,000‑$100,000 plus bonus.
The Marketing Lead Procurement Specialist supports procurement and strategic sourcing for marketing services and products. As a key member of the centralized strategic sourcing team, you will maximize efficiencies, deliver value to the marketing function, reduce risk, and advance our competitive advantage through marketing strategy execution. You will manage supplier relationships, secure optimal value, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, the Procurement Shared Services team, and external suppliers. Core skills include category management, business acumen, adaptability, curiosity, and storytelling to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and lead strategic conversations.
Strategic Sourcing Responsibilities
Manage $25M in annual spend and 60 contracts for contract compliance while targeting at least ~$1.25M in savings.
Take ownership of emerging social media strategy implementation.
Conduct procurement sourcing processes (RFI/RFP), analyze and summarize RFP response data with a focus on total cost of ownership, and generate materials for negotiations and presentations.
Lead contract negotiations for highly complex and strategic contracts.
Assist the procurement manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies for marketing services and products aligned with company goals.
Communicate program details top‑down according to established guidelines, policies, and protocols.
Identify and drive productivity, cost savings, and cost avoidance, documenting the value created by the procurement process.
Maintain relationships with suppliers offering goods/services that meet Domino’s specifications, superior service, and competitive prices.
Ensure compliance with contract management processes; serve as primary liaison with the Procurement Shared Services team.
Maintain effective supplier relationships to continuously drive value beyond price.
Stay informed about marketing trends, new marketing technologies, and pricing dynamics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years procurement experience; marketing industry (or applicable experience) strongly preferred.
Broadcast and social media sourcing and contract negotiation experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lead RFPs and contract negotiations, including navigating legal reviews and aligning with internal stakeholders.
Experience engaging, managing, and influencing internal and external relationships at multiple levels (VP+).
Familiarity with advertising and media agency models, staffing plans, and major media suppliers.
Experience managing contracts and negotiations with media platforms; familiarity with digital media buying, programmatic, paid search, and social media platforms.
Understanding of agency scopes of work, fee structures, and performance‑based compensation models.
Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, marketing automation tools such as SFMC and Hightouch, and data integration workflows.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to assess value beyond cost, including service quality, innovation potential, and strategic alignment.
Experience developing category strategies.
Experience developing integration strategies and managing implementations across internal and external partners.
Skilled in budget management, cost benchmarking, and ROI analysis for marketing investments, with familiarity with various pricing models across media platform, agency, and martech solutions.
Ability to manage multiple high‑priority programs simultaneously without losing momentum or focus.
Must excel in a fast‑paced environment and continually seek to expand responsibilities.
