About The Role
We are seeking talented and driven Defense Litigation Attorneys to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have experience managing cases independently, conducting discovery, drafting dispositive motions, and handling all aspects of litigation through resolution or trial.
Our attorneys are trusted to develop case strategy, interface directly with clients and carriers, and pursue the best possible outcomes through negotiation or courtroom advocacy.
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the New York State Bar (New Jersey admission a plus)
2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense or complex civil litigation
Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
Ability to manage a caseload independently and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
