Senior Delivery Specialist - Dedicated to Facilitating Successful Partnerships Between Candidates and Clients Quality Assurance & Data Governance Leader
We’re hiring a QA & Data Governance Leader to drive quality assurance and data governance across our Data & Analytics organization. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on automated testing, data quality, and compliance across cloud‑based data platforms.
What You’ll Do
Define and implement QA strategies for data pipelines and analytics systems.
Lead and mentor QA engineers in automation, testing methodologies, and continuous improvement.
Build automated testing frameworks using
Databricks ,
Python , and CI/CD tools.
Validate ETL/ELT processes and layered data architectures (bronze/silver/gold).
Monitor data quality and implement alerting systems.
Champion test‑driven development and automated validation.
Develop and enforce data governance policies, including metadata, lineage, and access controls.
Collaborate with business and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment (GDPR, CCPA, SOX).
Track and improve data quality metrics and KPIs.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years in QA/data engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in
Databricks ,
Python ,
SQL , and automated data testing.
Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and tools.
Experience with cloud platforms:
AWS ,
Azure , or
Google Cloud .
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Skills
10+ years working with enterprise data platforms.
Advanced knowledge of data modeling, OLAP, and structured formats (Parquet, ORC, JSON, Avro).
Strategic thinker with hands‑on technical execution.
Passion for mentoring and team development.
