CDO/CLO Modeling Analyst – Chicago / Houston

Role Type: Full Time
We are seeking an experienced CDO/CLO Modeling Analyst with a strong background in structured credit, specifically Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs). The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting CDO indentures, modeling compliance tests in CDO Suite, and analyzing test results to ensure regulatory and deal‑specific compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret CDO indenture documents to extract relevant compliance requirements.
Build and execute compliance tests using CDO Suite.
Analyze and interpret test results to identify potential issues or breaches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate modeling and reporting.
Maintain documentation and support audit and regulatory inquiries.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience working with CDO Suite for compliance modeling.
Strong understanding of structured finance and CDO indenture language.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
Experience with Solvas or similar structured credit platforms.
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Hybrid Working Expectations Delta Capita requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility for 4–5 days per week depending on client needs. Candidates must be able to meet these expectations.
Salary Range $80,000–$120,000 (dependent on experience)
