Ready to lead the charge in transforming supply chain strategy? This role takes ownership of IBP/SIOP supply master planning for high-impact food product lines, driving alignment between mid-term strategy and real-time execution for a $1 b rev profit center. You’ll orchestrate rough-cut capacity planning, optimize a multi-plant network, and model dynamic scenarios to navigate change and seize opportunity. Partnering with cross‑functional teams, you’ll solve complex challenges, balance supply and demand, and unlock new levels of performance. The position is in our Charlotte, NC headquarters and will be working in the office Monday–Thursday with the option to work remotely on Friday starting January 2026.

Responsibilities

Rough-cut capacity plan: account for consensus demand forecast, inventory targets, production capacity, and targeted lead times.

Network planning: ensure rough-cut capacity plan best utilizes multiple nodes (manufacturing plants) of capacity to maximize throughput, deliver top customer service, and drive optimum financial results for SEE corporation.

Effective scenario modeling: model various business opportunities or changes to potential future supply and demand outlook.

Effective engagement with Operations: determine capacity, identify gaps, and execute action plans to better balance plan.

Analyze and resolve variance from cycle to cycle on both supply and demand side, driving continuous improvement with associated process owners.

Effective communication of supply and demand gaps in IBP: implement actions to balance supply and demand with supporting analysis (risk, financial, service impact).

Ensure Alignment of Detailed Production Schedule to IBP Master Supply Plan

Ensure effective execution and alignment of the short-term detailed master schedule managed by plant detailed scheduling with the mid-term IBP plan.

When the two plans are not aligned, conduct root‑cause analysis to better understand variance drivers.

Organize and communicate findings and work with relevant resources to improve the variance.

Drive Supply Chain Excellence

Deliver inventory, service delivery, and cost targets.

Analyze factors impacting key performance indicator (KPI) results and improvement opportunities.

Communicate overall status and opportunities throughout multiple levels of the organization to ensure effective decision-making and timely action.

Planning and Inventory Strategies and Execution

Planning strategies (M to O, M to S, A to O).

Inventory strategies: plan for every part, segmentation, ABC analysis, lead‑time and service regression analysis.

Work with Product Line Management and Commercial to set supply plan business priorities as needed (by Customer, by Product, by Market) in a supply-constrained environment.

Actively Support Global Business and Supply Chain Initiatives

Support the development and implementation of key global initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management or similar area required.

Master of Business (Supply Chain, Accounting, Management) strongly preferred.

Professional Supply Chain certification in APICS, CPIM or CSCP preferred.

10+ years of experience.

3+ years of management experience.

Strong indirect leadership skills.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a highly proficient user in SAP ERP (MPS/MRP), advanced planning (SAP ECC/APO, S4hana/IBP).

Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability at driving change management and large-scale process change throughout organization.

Ability to influence others based on empirical evidence to support decision‑making.

Embrace ambiguity and demonstrated willingness to take calculated risks based on thoughtful cost/benefit.

Effective communication skills at multiple levels within an organization, including executive presentation skills.

Ability to influence others with an effective, information-based approach.

Successful candidate should have demonstrated experience applying Lean manufacturing concepts, black belt and/or value stream mapping experience, inventory management strategies, root‑cause analysis.
