Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on ownership discovery. Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners. Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, descriptions, room locations, and network information. Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, promote upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities. Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications
Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law. One-year related experience is preferred. Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
