Deliver a customer centric shopping experience by managing effective front-end operations. Lead omnichannel processes, maintain store recovery standards, and deliver friendly customer service.

Assist Store Manager in adherence to SOPs and Company programs.

Ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed; achieve KPIs.

Plan and lead execution of class and in-store events.

Lead omnichannel processes.

Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.

Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits.

Assist with inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities.

Assist with onboarding of new Team Members.

Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team.

Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).

Interact with others in an accepting respectful manner.

Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions.

Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes.

Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.

In select stores without a Framing Manager, lead delivery of custom framing solutions.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements Ability to remain standing for long periods of time; move throughout store; regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; lift heavy boxes; use ladder or similar equipment; work in public retail store setting climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or while unloading trucks; Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, early mornings.
