We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafting Technician to join our team for a long-term, full-time position. Salary is commensurate with an overall evaluation of your work experience, technical skills, and people skills. You will have a key role in the production of architectural drawings from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
CAD Standards : Proficiency with U.S. National CAD Standards required.
Technical Expertise : Prepare architectural drawings and details using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
Drafting Skills : Prepare finished drawing from hand-sketches, reference drawings, photographs, and directions from other senior team members.
Speed : Ability to draft efficiently and accurately to meet submittal deadlines.
Qualifications
Must be a Hawaii resident with the ability to work in‑office. This is not a remote position.
High school diploma or equivalent. An Associate of Science degree in Architectural or Engineering Technologies, Computer Aided Design, or equivalent is highly preferred.
4+ years of work experience in technical architectural drafting.
Team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape3D, and Photoshop are a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in architectural detailing.
Familiarity with current building codes and regulations.
Salary Range $75,000 to $95,000
