Complete Care at Hillside – Wilmington, DE, a proud member of the Complete Care family, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 106-bed, 4‑star skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
Lead department heads and staff in maintaining a positive, team‑oriented work culture.
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company standards.
Partner with clinical, admissions, and business office teams to support census growth, quality outcomes, and staff engagement.
Drive performance improvement initiatives and foster an environment of continuous learning and accountability.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Qualifications
Active Delaware Nursing Home Administrator License required.
Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams toward achieving clinical and operational excellence.
