Responsibilities
Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the life of critical assets, including machine tools, cranes, HVAC systems, air compressors, and auxiliary equipment.
Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of all facility infrastructure, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural components.
Plan, manage, and execute facility expansions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring all projects meet operational and safety requirements.
Oversee the selection, negotiation, and supervision of all contractors and service providers performing work on-site, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
Lead and optimize inventory management operations, ensuring efficient storage, tracking, and movement of work-in-progress materials and essential parts.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and productive environment for employees.
Qualifiers
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Operations, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
7+ years of experience in facility management, industrial operations, or maintenance leadership, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
Proven experience managing maintenance teams, construction projects, inventory operations, and contractor coordination in a complex industrial setting.
Strong background in preventive and predictive maintenance programs for industrial equipment and building infrastructure.
Experience with inventory management, space optimization, and logistics in a facility with work-in-progress materials.
