Responsibilities
Practice Partnership & Solution Delivery : Serve as a trusted advisor and embedded innovation partner to one or more practice groups, supporting attorneys in the identification, development, and adoption of knowledge and AI-enhanced workflows. Translate complex legal workflows into systematized, repeatable processes using legal AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Centari, Syntheia) and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Wendell, Contract Express). Actively engage with Practice Innovation CoE team members to surface unmet needs, prototype solutions, and deliver improvements aligned with practice-specific requirements. Collaborate with lawyers and KM leadership to build and refine AI prompts, manage prompt libraries, and incorporate Wendell orchestration patterns for improved efficiency and compliance. Contribute to attorney-facing reporting on solution adoption, usage, and impact using Power BI and other analytic tools. Training, Advocacy and Adoption : Deliver hands-on training, demos, and support to attorneys to build confidence and familiarity with KM and AI tools. Provide clear guidance on how to integrate Harvey workflows and Logic Apps into daily practice. Encourage adoption by showcasing practical use cases and sharing success stories from early adopters AI & Workflow Development : Build, test, and maintain Harvey workflows that streamline drafting, research, and analysis tasks. Design and deploy Logic Apps and Power Automate flows to connect systems, automate tasks, and scale repeatable processes. Leverage tools such as Syntheia, Centari, Wendell, and Harvey to create intelligent document analysis, drafting, and workflow solutions. Experiment with AI Builder, Logic Apps, and other low-code / no-code tools to prototype and implement lightweight AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with attorneys and KM engineers to capture feedback and refine workflows. Ensure workflows comply with firm standards for security, privacy, and responsible AI use. Product Support and Operations : Support day-to-day operations of KM and AI tools, troubleshooting issues and escalating when needed. Monitor usage analytics and adoption metrics to identify improvements. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to track tool adoption, workflow performance, and ROI. Coordinate with Data Stewards to ensure captured data is accurate, formatted properly, and optimized for both search and AI applications. Provide support to other Knowledge Innovation Advisors when demand requires Solution Design and Development : Develop and manage API integrations between firm systems and third-party platforms (e.g., document management, research, or AI services). Configure and customize forms, reports, and workflows using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform, Logic Apps, and Thomson Reuters HighQ. Maintain and update document automation templates using Contract Express. Create innovative, out-of-the-box solutions tailored to firm requirements using SharePoint, Power Platform, and Logic Apps. Assist with integrating Harvey workflows into broader KM and practice group solutions. Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, and Power BI). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Logic Apps for workflow automation and integrations. Familiarity with Harvey or similar generative AI platforms; ability to configure and maintain AI-driven workflows. Strong understanding of SharePoint fundamentals and related collaboration platforms (e.g., HighQ, Contract Express). Ability to design Power BI dashboards and visualizations to support adoption tracking and decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys and business stakeholders. Familiarity with legal technology trends, including enterprise search, AI, document automation, and collaboration tools. Knowledge of basic SQL concepts for data validation and reporting. Experience with low / no-code tools for rapid prototyping and solution delivery. Basic JavaScript and CSS skills to enhance user-facing KM and AI solutions is preferred.
