As a
Forklift Operator , you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials in and out of our facility. You'll handle a variety of essential tasks, from loading and unloading shipments to organizing inventory and keeping our warehouse running efficiently. You'll operate forklifts safely and accurately, following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, well-organized workspace.
Job Responsibilities
Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to transport materials, pallets, and products throughout the warehouse
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely while protecting inventory from damage
Move products to their designated storage areas, ensuring proper placement and organization
Inspect forklifts daily and report any mechanical or safety issues promptly
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, including aisles, docks, and storage areas
Assist with labeling, wrapping, and preparing shipments for delivery
Work with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals
Follow all safety policies, including equipment operation, lifting techniques, and warehouse procedures

Qualifications
Previous forklift experience required (warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred)
Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one through company assistance)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions precisely
Flexibility to handle a variety of warehouse duties as needed
