HHG is searching for the next General Manager of The Westin Dallas Southlake, an award winning hotel featuring 261 guest rooms, multiple dining options, 34,000 sq feet of flexible meeting and event space, a stunning outdoor patio and outdoor pool.

The Westin Dallas Southlakeis seeking a knowledgeable and energeticGeneral Managerto successfully lead the hotel in all facets of the hotel's day-to-day operations!

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The General Manager will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, supervising budgets, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, and driving revenue growth. The role requires strategic leadership to implement business plans and continuously improve performance metrics while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Hotel Senior Management roles: 10 years (Preferred)

Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills

Knowledge of hotel operations, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control

Experience in managing guest relations and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

Familiarity with franchise requirements for major hotel brands such as Marriott or Hilton

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Proven track record of success in a comparable on-site hospitality management position
