Patient Care model? % of Supervision:

Care Team Model – Medically directing 2 CRNAs

Current staff:

2 MDs, 2 CRNAs (ORs at 80% operational efficiency)

Experience Requirements:

Must be comfortable with full case mix; MDs place spinals or epidurals
