Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in communicating our company’s value to potential partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients, partners, and market opportunities.
Generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, and other key contacts.
Schedule and attend client meetings & lunches.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Track, manage, and report on all business development activities and lead progress.
Represent the company professionally at community events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs to help guide business strategy.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (construction or property services industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license.
