Job Summary and responsibilities for an analytics/data reporting role within HNAS (Health Now Administrative Services), part of Highmark Health. Job Summary This role collects, validates, analyzes, and organizes data into meaningful computerized reports by manipulating and extracting data to meet customer needs. It generates reports through mainframe and/or PC applications using established applications/programs or by developing new ones, develops work plans to meet deadlines with accurate completion estimates, and communicates report status to customers and management. The role resolves business problems related to automated systems and provides data analysis with recommended solutions.

Responsibilities

Generate reports through mainframe and/or PC applications utilizing established applications/programs or developing new applications/programs.

Develop custom files/reports in mainframe and PC formats and/or applications.

Develop work plans to meet deadlines, accurately estimate completion dates and communicate status.

Resolve technical problems related to automated systems, perform analysis, develop and implement test plans and implement solutions.

Other duties as assigned or requested.

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Computer Science, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field

Experience Required

5-10 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization

Experience with end-user reporting tools

Pay Range Minimum: $50,200.00

Maximum: $91,200.00

Base pay is determined by qualifications, experience, expected contributions, internal equity, market, and business considerations. Salary ranges may vary by location.
