Overview
Position involves managing studies and designs for water resources projects. The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: Foundational experience as a project engineer producing final design products and study analyses and deliverables Good communication skills with staff and with internal and external clients Good organization habits, time management, and budget management Demonstrated project success through repeat business from clients Client relationships are a plus, but not required; willingness to relocate is considered Managing project delivery and meeting client needs and expectations Preparing and presenting proposals and marketing plans Presenting and actively participating in relevant professional organizations Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians in the design of municipal water and wastewater facilities Leading the team and production of projects Qualifications
BS degree in Civil Engineering PE Registration in California, or ability to obtain a California License within 1 year 10+ years of experience in the civil engineering field Potable water experience Outgoing, entrepreneurial spirit in a self-motivated office culture is encouraged Salary and Benefits
Salary Range:
