Alluvionic is seeking experienced applicants for the

Program Manager II

to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center located in Crane, IN.

Job Summary Lead the Charge in Defense Excellence. Join Alluvionic as an Acquisition Quality Manager at NSWC! The role requires a US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance and an on‑site presence in Crane, IN. Position is contingent upon award of contract.

Responsibilities

Develop tracks and provide analysis of procurement data and packages to recommend improvements in quality, schedule and efficiencies.

Collect procurement requirements from the government Requiring Technical Authority (RTA) to be used in acquisition plans and to determine resources and track procurement packages.

Prepare the technical data package (TDP) for each procurement requirement identified.

Establish and maintain electronic and/or hard‑copy data libraries of documents and work order files for processing, ensuring adherence to FAR/DFARS/NMCARS and the NSWC Crane Acquisition Quality Assurance Guide.

Provide recommendations on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and directives for both FAR and non‑FAR based requirements.

Liaise between resource sponsors, program/project managers, their staff and the US Navy contracting department.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field from an accredited university.

Secret clearance required.

Minimum of two years of experience working with DoD acquisition.

Able to sit and stand for prolonged periods, lead and participate in meetings and working groups.

Strong communication, organizational, creative, analytical and problem‑solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS.

Familiarity with IT for NAVSEA (compliance).

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.

Team‑oriented with occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.

Mastery in personal computer use with extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite and web‑based applications.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
