Marketing and Admissions Coordinator
to join our team at the Frankenmuth Skilled Nursing and Rehab Campus. In this role, you will build relationships with prospective residents and referral partners, guide individuals and families through the admissions process, and help ensure a welcoming, supportive transition into our community.
Responsibilities
Ensure a positive patient experience for short‑term rehabilitation.
Complete new patient/resident contract paperwork with family and/or patient/resident.
Discuss and promote information related to We Care Connect (WCC) Calls and the patient experience process.
Alert all departments of potential admissions, discharges and room changes.
Speak with patients about overall services and programs.
Discuss what patients will expect to experience during their stay.
Be responsible for all WCC calls – Key email contact regarding satisfaction.
Manage a weekly and monthly WCC Call Satisfaction Report; provide to Administrators, DON and key stakeholders.
Ensure rooms are ready for occupancy.
Order any needed equipment as directed.
Conduct site tours.
Follow up with new patient/resident/family at established intervals.
Proactively communicate with new families and patients.
Manage the admissions process to ensure PCC software, medical record, and admission paperwork are complete.
Establish effective rounding protocols to document patient experience, requests and follow‑up.
Be responsible for AES data and reporting.
Execute marketing plan through visits, communications and advertising.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Previous professional customer service experience (preferred).
Prior senior living or skilled nursing experience helpful but not required.
Current state of Michigan driver’s license.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Positive attitude with a passion for serving seniors and their families.
Willingness to lead and attend external community events and engage with residents and their families.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Schedule and Compensation
Employment type: Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, hours flexible based on event and resident needs; willingness to work day and evening hours as needed.
Weekends: flexible for tours and admissions.
Pay rate: $25.00 per hour.
Travel: occasional local travel to community events, hospitals and doctors’ offices.
