Technical Product Manager, R&D Clinical Supply – LOGISTICS

We are searching for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to work in our Beerse, Belgium; Spring House, PA; Malvern, PA; Horsham, PA; or Titusville, NJ locations. The TPM will drive the definition and implementation of the technology strategy for the Clinical Supply - Logistics products. This role requires expertise in inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse and storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, trade compliance, quality, and related R&D finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Drive product roadmap implementation and execution of the Logistics product for the IM R&D Clinical Supply Chain organization.
Establish strong partnerships with the Innovative Medicine Technology Supply Chain organization to ensure alignment of technology roadmaps.
Serve as a focal point of the J&J Technology organization toward the Innovative Medicine R&D Clinical Supply Chain organization.
Ensure seamless integration and maximum leverage of solutions with upstream and downstream partners of Clinical Supply Chain, i.e. Global Development, API/DP manufacturing, commercial supply chain, contract manufacturers and logistics service providers.
Drive a culture of data‑driven decision making through Business Insights.
Contribute to value realization of our technology products while embracing a high‑performing teams culture.
Establish comprehensive planning, tracking and reporting; ensure all program deliverables are delivered on time, in budget, on quality and aligned with overall timelines, including dependent projects.
Foster meaningful internal and external collaborations, providing valuable insights for the organization; driven by insights to identify crucial unmet needs.
Qualifications Education
Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree supplemented with relevant work experience.
MBA is an advantage, as are PMI, APICS CSCP or APICS CPIM certifications.
Experience and Skills
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles, driving digital or data transformation initiatives.
Proven track record of leading technology product strategy in a complex organization.
In depth experience Pharma Supply Chain Logistics.
Experience with relevant systems (SAP, Warehouse Management Systems, Mendix).
Deep understanding of data management principles, including data management, data governance, data quality, data integration.
Ability to think creatively and innovatively about how digital and data technologies can enhance or simplify business processes.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and drive decision‑making.
Experience in change management and driving technology adoption across diverse teams and organizational levels.
Excellent (English) communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technology concepts to a variety of audiences, including senior management.
Strong influencing skills, with the ability to gain buy‑in and drive change in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated global, end‑to‑end mindset.
Experience in GxP, privacy regulations, data integrity and (Agile) systems lifecycle development.
