We’re seeking a dynamic, execution-driven Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. This role is designed for a leader who thrives at the intersection of operations, project management, and business strategy. You will partner directly with senior leadership to implement and enforce new standard operating procedures (SOPs), optimize processes, and ensure seamless adoption across our portfolio. This is a frontline operational leadership position for a professional with commercial property management experience who is ready to elevate systems, streamline processes, and drive consistency across the board. Operational Excellence

Partner with senior leadership to design, implement, and monitor SOPs across Commercial Property Management. Standardize best practices across office and retail assets to ensure consistency and efficiency. Identify operational inefficiencies and create actionable strategies to address them.

Project & Program Management (PMO)

Lead cross-functional initiatives that impact property operations, tenant services, and compliance. Serve as the execution lead for new business strategies, process rollouts, and special projects. Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure success and adoption.

Change Management & Adoption

Develop training, communication, and onboarding materials to support new processes and systems. Act as a liaison between property teams and corporate functions to ensure alignment. Drive accountability and compliance with new initiatives at the property level.

Business Strategy & Support

Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Asset Management to align operational goals with broader business objectives. Support strategic planning by providing insights, data, and recommendations on operational improvements. Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated base salary range: $110,000 - $120,000 + Discretionary Bonus Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field 5–8 years of Commercial Property Management experience with exposure to both property-level operations and corporate functions. Proven success in operations, PMO, or process improvement roles within real estate. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to execute initiatives at scale. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Benefits
