About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Provider Engagement Representative to lead and facilitate provider meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers. This role requires a confident communicator with a strong presence, the ability to read the room, and adapt messaging to suit diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will also support providers with claims resolution, assist with provider portal navigation, and help communicate upcoming service enhancements to ensure a seamless and informed provider experience. Travel and Remote Work
Travel throughout Bexar, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Montgomery, Travis, Williamson and Williamson County, with the possibility of travel to DFW and Waco area markets. If you are located in Bexar, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Travis, Williamson County and Montgomery, TX, you will have the flexibility to work remotely. Primary Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and lead provider meetings, both in-person and virtual, to communicate updates, initiatives, and performance metrics. Deliver engaging presentations that clearly convey complex information in a compelling and accessible manner. Read and respond to audience cues to adjust tone, pace, and content delivery in real-time. Build and maintain strong relationships with providers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, operations, and network development) to ensure consistent messaging and support. Gather feedback from providers and relay insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement. Maintain detailed records of meetings, follow-ups, and action items. Assist in the end-to-end resolution of provider claims, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes. Provide training and support on the use of the provider portal, including navigation, troubleshooting, and feature updates. Collaborate with internal teams to support the rollout of future service improvements and digital tools. Required Qualifications
4+ years of health care/managed care experience. 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience. 1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Intermediate proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams). Ability to travel regionally up to 50%. Driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living Facility. Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Compensation and Benefits
Pay ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution.
