We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead operations at Burger King restaurants under GPS Hospitality. The RGM is responsible for maintaining GPS Hospitality standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, working with a team of managers to achieve operational and financial performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

(P&L) Hit your sales and profit budget every period.

(Systems) Execute accurate projections and schedules while working all shifts.

(Safety) Maintain a safe and clean restaurant.

(People) Hire and train service‑obsessed crew and shift leaders.

(Accounting) Tight restaurant controls.

Job Duties

Ensure the team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.

Hire, train, and coach the restaurant team.

Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a high‑quality restaurant, with accurate projections and schedules.

Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.

Develop and improve the restaurant’s public relations through frequent contact with the public, business, and community organizations.

Meet standards for speed of service, food safety, and cleanliness.

Demonstrate strong critical‑thinking skills.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure all equipment is maintained.

Work all shifts (breakfast, lunch, dinner, late night & weekends) each week, including at least one full weekend each period.

Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety, operations policies, cash policies, and accounting controls.

Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors.

Communicate effectively with all levels of management about plans, progress, and problems.

Successfully implement all marketing promotions.

Participate in the implementation of company policies, standards, training, and management development.

Train and develop the capabilities of Assistant Managers and Manager Trainees.

Job Requirements

3–5 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to perform under pressure in a high‑volume setting.

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US.

ServSafe certification preferred.
