Our certified instructional coaches have deep understanding of state standards for Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies, and we also provide training in leadership, special needs services, early childhood education, technology, and multi‑tiered systems of support. Responsibilities
Observe and evaluate classroom instruction to provide constructive feedback to teachers. Facilitate professional development workshops that enhance instructional practices. Collaborate closely with educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective strategies for students with diverse learning needs. Participate in team meetings to foster a culture of teamwork and accountability. Analyze student performance data to assess progress and inform instructional decisions. Address specific challenges faced by teachers and students, promoting a customer‑centric approach to education. Qualifications
Deep understanding of special education laws and best practices. Strong data analysis skills for assessing student needs and instructional effectiveness. Problem‑solving skills and an innovative mindset to tackle challenges creatively. Commitment to accountability, integrity, and student support. Valid background check or compliance with state‑mandated background screening procedures, including fingerprinting and child abuse registry checks. Employment type
