Territory Manager
to support the continued growth of our
Industrial Aftermarket Program . This role is based in the
New England region , with responsibilities spanning
Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island , and the
greater New York City area .
As a key contributor to our Industrial Aftermarket team, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting the distribution of NTN products and services across a diverse range of end users and distributors in key market segments including
Metals, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beverage, Machine Tool, Oil & Gas, Agriculture, and Electric Motors .
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales of NTN products and services within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
Conduct regular sales calls and build strong relationships with end users, with a focus on pulling demand through our distributor network.
Support and manage distributor accounts to promote and maintain inventory of NTN products.
Provide product training, marketing support, and direct sales assistance to both distributors and end users.
Serve as a technical resource, supporting customer needs in maintenance, engineering, and purchasing.
Qualifications
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of
5 years of experience in Power Transmission Sales
or
Industrial Distribution .
Proven mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of industrial applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively engage with customers through technical and commercial functions.
Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.
Willingness to travel up to
50%
within the assigned territory.
