Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the Acetylene Plant from production and distribution to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Work every day in a way that actively supports and accomplishes the Values, Mission, and Vision of Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc.
Responsibilities
Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
Ability to manage safety programs that help ensure the protection of employees and public.
Repair or replace plant equipment as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations
Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
Seniority level Mid-Senior level
