Position: Full‑Time Associate Optometrist (OD). Location: Louisville, KY 40207.

Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality optometric care and services to patients.
Establish positive doctor‑patient relationships.
Conduct services according to clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
Utilize available technology to deliver superior patient and customer experiences.
Collaborate with the store/practice team and Field Leadership to build a safe and motivating work environment.
Maintain office quality systems.
Lead and involve team members, providing training and guidance.
Strive to exceed KPIs and performance expectations.
Help promote the brand as the leading optical provider within the community.
Basic Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of location.
DPA and TPA certified.
Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
Strong communication skills – verbal and listening.
Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on geography, experience, qualifications, skills and minimum wage requirements. A bonus and/or commission may also be offered. Benefits include health care, retirement savings, paid time off, vacation and employee discounts.
