Position Overview Front Desk Associate (Hourly)

Reports to: General Manager

Responsibilities

Assist guests in check‑in and check‑out procedures and throughout their stay.

Work proficiently on the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow.

Handle all financial matters – credit card and cash transactions – securely and accurately.

Anticipate guests’ needs and go out of your way to maximize the guest experience.

Collaborate with other team members to foster a hospitable, approachable, and customer‑focused environment.

Requirements

Love working with people and go above and beyond for guests’ needs.

Work well with others and enjoy being part of a team.

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Problem solver and solution finder who will do anything to ensure the best experience for guests.

Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements This position requires little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.

Pay Scale $12.93 – $24.29 per hour. Rate depends upon state/market.
