Requirements
MUST have vertical film or short‑form serialized scriptwriting experience.
At least 1 year of professional experience writing scripts for short‑form dramas, vertical films, or serialized content.
Excellent portfolio showcasing original scripts, short‑form vertical miniseries, web dramas, or serialized fiction.
Deep passion for storytelling and creating value through engaging narratives and a keen eye for detail.
Solid understanding of overseas short‑form content markets, with high awareness of international audience tastes, especially Western mainstream culture.
Experience writing for female‑centric narratives or related editing/writing work is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
Open‑minded to data‑driven creative approaches; ability to optimize scripts, creative ideas, and stories based on audience feedback.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and currently based in the U.S.
