We’re looking for new team members to join FanDuel Sports Network, the nation’s largest provider of live local sports.
As a local sports media platform, we’re proud to be the local media partner for 29 MLB, NHL, and NBA teams, producing and delivering over 3,000 live games and events every year. Whether it’s the heat of a playoff push or the excitement of Opening Day, we’re all about delivering the moments that matter to hometown fans. We’re part of Main Street Sports Group, serving fans in regions across our 15 owned and operated networks. We combine powerful partnerships, cutting‑edge streaming technology, and smart distribution to make sure fans can watch their teams how they want, whether that’s through a direct‑to‑consumer streaming platform or major cable providers.
The Position Manager, Ad Sales Services will lead a team responsible for managing and executing ad campaigns across their respective regional networks. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution, campaign optimization, and timely reporting of all ad placements. As a hands‑on leader, the Manager will work closely with sales, traffic, programming, and network operations to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.
This is a hybrid position and can be located in Southport, CT or NYC.
The Game Plan
Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the sales associates from order entry to campaign execution.
Oversee ad scheduling, delivery, and performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with sales commitments and programming schedules.
Manage a team sales associate, including ad systems training, performance monitoring, and workflow management.
Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes and best practices.
Support implementation of new ad tech tools, automation workflows, and data analytics platforms to improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues related to ad playout, discrepancies, or system errors across multiple delivery systems and partners.
The Stats
3–5 years of experience in ad operations, preferably within a sports or live broadcast environment
Understanding of traffic and digital ad delivery (e.g., WideOrbit, Springserve, or similar)
Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members in a fast‑paced media environment
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
High attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving capabilities
Comfortable working nights/weekends as needed for live event coverage
Experience with regional sports networks or live event broadcasting

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual base compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. This position is eligible to participate in the Performance Incentive Compensation (PIC) plan. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
