Outbound Sales Consultant II Location: Plano, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role, the Senior System Administrator will be responsible for managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on acquisition customers that need to renew. The successful candidate will be required to provide exceptional customer service to clients and work closely with the acquisition teams.

Managing an inbound queue, lead passing, and calling out on retention customers

Providing exceptional customer service to clients

Collaborating with the retention and attach teams

Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when communicating with clients

Follow‑up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are resolved

Keeping detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system

REQUIREMENTS:

Associate’s degree (Community College, MBO) preferred

2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales support role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Experience with lead management, inbound call handling, and outbound calling

Pay Range:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
