POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm or until all deliveries are completed and rotating Saturdays. Schedules subject to change and may require overtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – WAREHOUSE
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or agricultural tires.
Work safely at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
Be on the move, willing to work on feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
Contribute to a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
Assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES – DRIVING
Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other vehicles while making 10-20 daily deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and logs, including driver’s logs, fuel purchase logs, and other required records.
Make on-time deliveries safely in all weather conditions.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Operate a handheld device, ensuring all deliveries are fulfilled.
Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.
Collect payments from customers upon delivery of product.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Employee must qualify as visual, auditory, physical, and mental to operate equipment safely. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert up to 40 pounds. Handling commercial tires may involve team lifts or mechanical equipment.
Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. All equipment provided except steel/composite toe boots. Adhere to safety and manufacturer guidelines.
Work environment may expose to weather conditions. Noise level usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants prevalent.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 21 years or older.
1 year of professional driving experience (van, box truck or semi) and satisfactory completion of company road test.
1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Train and safely use powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high reach lifts; pass forklift certification test.
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds for barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Provide quality customer service.
Work overtime as needed.
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (no THC/marijuana).
Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines during hiring process.
