Basic Functions

Retain and grow relationships with key accounts in the insurance agents and brokers vertical.

Recruit key partnered agent and broker accounts.

Onboard and train partnered relationships the Paul Davis way.

Represent Paul Davis at chambers and other associations and participate in committees.

Coordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate and promote win‑win relationships.

Make face‑to‑face stops on an 8‑week rotation with agents.

Support and assist the Relationship Development Team.

Schedule, invite, and facilitate continuing education courses for insurance professionals.

Communicate with key accounts regarding ongoing projects.

Take on additional responsibilities as desired, initiated, and performed over time.

Basic Requirements

High‑school diploma or equivalent.

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree desired, especially in marketing or entrepreneurship.

Experience in marketing and customer service.

Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.

Excellent communicator.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Reliable transportation.

Smartphone and appropriate attire.

Fun and outgoing personality.

Overall Primary Duties

Retain lasting relationships with key accounts to capture new revenue.

Work with the Relationship Development Team to ensure a positive client experience.

Grow agent and broker accounts based on prior-year sales.

Set proper expectations with agents and brokers.

Recruit new key accounts that align with Paul Davis.

Create and maintain win‑win business relationships.

Teach, train, and onboard new and existing accounts.

Build the Paul Davis brand by participating in agent associations and serving on boards.

Review, update, and manage RMS and Salesforce.

Create and adhere to monthly and yearly sales budgets.

Secondary Duties

Maintain a strong field presence while balancing desk work and follow‑up.

Attend Relationship Development events.

Create and manage win‑win relationships.

Resolve complaints promptly.

Provide feedback to the Relationship Development Team.

Promote the Paul Davis brand in the community.

Plan and schedule continuing education courses.

Use priority‑management principles to allocate time.

Attend all Paul Davis events.

Attend bi‑weekly Relationship Development Team meetings and GS&R meetings.

Share Office 365 calendar with supervisor.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

High Level Job Responsibilities

Participate in emergency services during “All‑hands‑on‑deck” scenarios.

Participate in continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.

Engage in Paul Davis social events, goal setting, reviews, and team meetings.

Hours

Full‑time position with occasional evening hours.

Travel to customer locations within a couple‑hour radius of the home office expected.

Reward

Compensation evaluated annually in quarter 1 after completion of a full year.
