Job Description
This position is a vital point of contact for patients entering Hudson Hospital.
It facilitates the scheduling of appointments and is responsible for accurate collection of current financial and demographic information.
The role directly impacts revenue collection and provides customer service to patients, family members, and visitors.
Key duties include pre‑authorization, insurance verification, document scanning, monitoring work queues, and communicating with other departments. Minimum Qualifications
Computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous computerized patient registration, scheduling, or admitting experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Benefits
