We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing
Events Assistant
to join our brand activation team! If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love interacting with people, and enjoy the buzz of live events, this is your chance to represent an exciting brand at festivals, trade shows, retail activations, and local community events.
In this role, you’ll be the face of our company—engaging eventgoers, showcasing our offerings, and driving real‑time sales or lead generation.
What You’ll Do
Represent our brand at high‑traffic events, expos, pop‑ups, and festivals
Engage with attendees and passersby in a friendly, enthusiastic, and confident manner
Clearly explain our products, services, offers, and promotions
Demonstrate products or services and assist with on‑the‑spot sales or sign‑ups
Convert foot traffic into customers through engaging conversations and persuasive pitches
Set up and break down event booths or branded displays (light lifting required)
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and a positive demeanor at all times
Capture leads and provide feedback or insights from the field to the marketing team
Stay informed on campaign goals, messaging, and pricing through regular team briefings
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (required); coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus
Experience in live event marketing, promotions, brand ambassadorship, retail sales, or trade shows is preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills—you’re a natural conversation starter
Capability to stand for long hours and lift up to 25 lbs during event setup/teardown
Authorization to work in the U.S. and availability for in‑person work
