Job Description The Wealth Investment Solutions Exchange Funds team seeks a highly motivated Vice President to manage the Exchange Fund complex. This position provides tax‑efficient diversification solutions to high‑net‑worth clients, leveraging a 25‑plus year history of alternative investment product structuring and platform distribution.
Role The successful candidate will be a member of the Exchange Funds team, responsible for portfolio management, client engagement, and operational design. This analytical, detail‑oriented role supports business development and portfolio management for alternative investment offerings.
Core Responsibilities
Develop product knowledge of exchange funds and structuring rules and regulations.
Engage with clients, advisors, and distribution platforms to understand needs and provide tax‑aware solutions.
Participate in product innovation, structuring, and design of new offerings.
Create marketing materials and bespoke client studies.
Assist sales with fund‑specific inquiries to deliver commercial outcomes.
Work with engineering teams to design portfolio management algorithms and investment processes.
Understand interactions between private and public assets within the fund.
Manage client onboarding with the lead portfolio manager.
Maintain the fund (risk monitoring, credit facility servicing, etc.).
Liaise with engineering to execute the strategic roadmap for a digital client experience.
Basic Qualifications
5–10 years of asset management or wealth management experience.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
Background in quantitative techniques and investment strategies (preferred).
Experience supporting exchange funds or evaluating client portfolios and tax considerations (plus).
Strong interest in capital markets, asset management, and understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes.
Risk management and control orientation.
Team player, self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Well organized, proactive, decisive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Creative with good problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people.
Bachelor’s degree; CFA preferred.
