We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Corporate Account Coordinator / CSR to support and grow our business-to-business client relationships through high-level account support, purchasing coordination, and e-commerce order support. This position is ideal for someone with proven B2B experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering excellent client service from order entry through delivery.

This is not a retail or call center role — you must have experience coordinating directly with internal teams and vendors to manage custom orders, timelines, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as point of contact for assigned corporate clients, managing orders, inquiries, and deliveries.
Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving.
Partner with purchasing, warehouse, production, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment and accurate invoicing.
Assist with client and sales reporting; identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in account support, customer service, or purchasing (experience in promotional products, e-commerce, or custom apparel preferred).
Proven stability and reliability in work history.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel reporting skills a plus.
Experience with order management or ERP systems (ShipStation, Marketfuel, JotForm, FileMaker, Zendesk).
Working knowledge of invoicing, purchasing, and accounts receivable processes.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
