Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: As the face of Benny's, you'll make sure every customer leaves with a smile by going above and beyond in creating an excellent experience. Process Sales & Transactions: Help customers with their purchases, manage the register, and ensure smooth sales transactions. Merchandise & Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, organized, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming for every customer. Manage Shift Duties: Balance your register at the end of each shift and assist in various tasks to keep things running smoothly. Troubleshoot Customer Concerns: Use your problem‑solving skills to address any customer issues with professionalism and care. What We're Looking For
1-2 years of proven customer service or retail experience Excellent communication skills A calm demeanor under pressure Must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and holidays Food Service Responsibilities
Follow Recipes & Serve with a Smile: Prepare menu items, serve customers quickly and efficiently, and make sure every meal is up to Benny's high standards. Ensure Food Quality: Follow guidelines for portion control, serving temperatures, and answer any questions customers may have about menu items, ingredients, and pricing. What We Offer
